Slices USA SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Slices USA text-message program (the “SMS Program”). The SMS Program is offered by Slices USA, operated by Food Technology Corp., a Delaware corporation.
SMS Program
When you separately opt in to the SMS Program, you may receive recurring marketing text messages about Slices USA, such as product news and offers. Marketing text messages may be sent using automated technology to the mobile number provided at opt-in.
Providing a mobile number for order fulfillment or customer support does not by itself enroll you in marketing text messages.
Your Consent
By submitting your mobile number and taking the affirmative opt-in action presented with these Terms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Slices USA at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Slices USA.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes, you must opt out from the prior number and, if you choose, complete a new opt-in using the new number.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to a Slices USA text message. You may also revoke your consent by another reasonable method that clearly communicates that you no longer wish to receive Slices USA text messages. We may send one non-marketing text message to confirm your opt-out request.

For help with the SMS Program, reply HELP to a Slices USA text message or email support@slicesusa.com. You may also contact that email to request that marketing texts stop.
Privacy
Program Availability
Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and may be delayed or unavailable for reasons outside Slices USA’s control. Participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
Slices USA may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as permitted by applicable law. The current version will be posted on the Slices USA website.
