How should I store Slices pizza?
Keep your pizza stored according to its package. Up to 18 months in the freezer; once thawed, 25 days refrigerated in an unopened vacuum-sealed package; and consumption within 6 days after opening. Refrigerate cooked leftovers immediately or discard.
How do I cook frozen Slices pizza?
Slices is not ready to eat and must be cooked thoroughly. Cook from frozen, or let it rest 10–20 minutes first for an even crispier crust. Remove the freshness wrap and follow the appliance directions in the “Cook & Serve” section on your flavor’s product page and the current cooking instructions printed on your package. Air fryer 400°F, 5–7 min · Toaster oven 400°F, 8–10 min · Oven 425°F, 8–12 min, until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Always cook to 165°F. No microwave.
Can I heat just one slice of pizza?
Absolutely. Slices is designed for one slice, a quick lunch, an after-school snack, or a full spread for the table. Open the number of individually sealed portions you want, then leave the rest unopened in the freezer for another time.
Are Slices individually packaged?
Yes. Each Slices portion is individually vacuum-sealed, so you can open only the pizza you plan to heat and keep the remaining unopened slices protected in the freezer. There is no need to cut, rewrap, or commit to an entire pizza.
What is the return policy?
Because our pizza is perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for changes of mind or personal taste preferences. If your order arrives damaged, has a broken package seal, or contains an incorrect item, email support@slicesusa.com as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery. We will replace affected products covered by our Return & Refund Policy, or refund them if a replacement cannot be provided promptly. Your rights under applicable law are not affected.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Our pizza purchases are final sale, with exceptions for issues covered by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
When will I get my order?
Unless otherwise stated before purchase, orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Our pizza is manufactured by Food Technology Corp. in Henderson, Nevada, USA. Baked in Henderson, Nevada with flour, tomatoes and olive oil from Italy, in pans brought over from Rome.
